Themed parties

Themed parties have become a rather disturbing Dorchester Posse tradition!!! It all began back in 1999 at a seemingly innocent, heaven/hell themed housewarming party at Sarah's - simply a novel idea, but just look what it has evolved into! And where will it all end?!

Sarah's Housewarming, October 1999, London

Theme: Heaven & Hell: The first of many. Thanks to Sarah and housemates for beginning this tradition!

Jacki and Ross

Gilesgate Housewarming Party, Durham, November 1999.

Theme: Space: (Technically a Durham party but Dorchester representatives were also present!)

Aquarius unofficial release party, Easter 2000, Crossways

Theme: Aqua! (obviously. With scope allowed for Denmark and celebrity in general): Here Ross models the latest in Danish designer menswear... the Lego bra!

Michael Jackson-Sheppard, James disguised as a certain Aqua fan, and an extra from the Doctor Jones video.

Jacki's 20th, July 2000, Dorchester

Theme: Alphabet: Everyone was given a letter of the alphabet and had to dress as something beginning with that letter.

Louise's 20th, September 2000, Crossways

Theme: Europe: With the French dominating as most popular nationality.

And Denmark was not forgotton, tribute paid by the now infamous pastries! In my defence I'd like to point out that during the height of the petrol crisis, it was cherry decorated bakery products or nothing...

Neil's 21st, November 2000, Stevenage

Theme: Pimps, prostitutes and fetish: Something that could only have been dreamed up by Neil! Here we see himself and Jacki participating in the theme with disturbing enthusiasm!

Louise's 21st, September 2001, Tincleton village hall

Theme: 'Back from Mars'

Selected finalists in the 'most unusual headwear in Dorset' contest.

Captain's log: Stardate 18/09/2001; filming of Star Trek commences in Tincleton village hall.
